Air conditioning systems need annual servicing to run efficiently and stay within warranty. Manufacturers typically require proof of annual maintenance to honour warranty claims — skip a year and you risk paying for a compressor failure yourself. Beyond warranty, a serviced system uses less electricity, smells fresher, and is far less likely to break down on the hottest day of the year.
Our standard service covers each indoor unit and the associated outdoor condenser. We remove and clean filters, inspect evaporator and condenser coils, check refrigerant pressures, test the drainage system, verify heating and cooling operation, and report any issues that need attention. The whole visit typically takes 45–60 minutes per system.
Servicing starts from £89 per indoor unit. A single split (one indoor, one outdoor) is £89. A three-room multi-split is £267 (three indoor units plus one outdoor). We offer a 10% discount when you book multiple units or sign up for an annual service plan.
If we find a problem during the service — a slow refrigerant leak, a blocked drain causing water damage, a failing fan motor — we quote the repair separately. No work beyond the standard service is carried out without your approval. Common repairs include drain clearance (£60–£80), refrigerant top-up from £120, and fan motor replacement from £180 plus parts.
Commercial clients can set up a maintenance contract with scheduled visits, filter supply, and priority breakdown response. Contracts start from £350 per year for a single commercial unit. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your system size and operating hours.
We service all major brands — Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Fujitsu, LG, and Samsung. You do not need to have bought the system from us. If your original installer has gone out of business or will not return your calls, we are happy to take over servicing and maintain the F-Gas records.
